Stellar Hawke - Clinical Nutritionist & Founder
I'm a Clinical Nutritionist based on Sydney's Northern Beaches, working with clients who want a holistic, evidence-informed approach to their health. My focus is on nutritional medicine, diet and lifestyle strategies that uncover the bigger picture behind your symptoms, whether that's gut health, hormonal changes, sports performance, stress, sleep, or your eating habits.
My approach is warm, thorough and personalised, combining clinical knowledge with practical recommendations that fit into real life. My goal is to help you understand your body, build habits that stick, and feel more confident in your health.
I work across the full scope of clinical nutrition, but these areas are where my interest runs deepest.
Focus Areas
Women's Health & Hormonal Health
Women's health is closely connected to nutrition, hormones, menstrual health, digestion, stress and lifestyle, with different needs across every stage of life. Whether you're dealing with endometriosis, PMOS, PMS or PMDD, painful or heavy periods, irregular cycles, hormonal symptoms, vaginal health concerns, perimenopause or menopause, I take a personalised approach to understanding your symptoms and individual needs.
Gut & Digestive Health
Digestive symptoms can affect everything from your daily comfort and energy to your relationship with food. I support clients experiencing bloating, constipation, diarrhoea, excessive gas, reflux, abdominal discomfort, food intolerances and changes in bowel habits. We look at your individual diet, digestive function, bowel patterns, lifestyle, stress and relevant testing to identify potential contributing factors and develop practical strategies to support gut health and healthy digestion.
Stress, Mood & Sleep
Stress, mood and sleep can have a significant impact on energy, concentration, digestion, appetite, hormonal health and overall wellbeing. I work with clients experiencing ongoing stress, poor sleep, low energy, difficulty switching off or changes in mood to identify the nutritional and lifestyle factors that may be contributing. Together, we develop realistic strategies that fit into your life.
Sports Nutrition & Performance
Nutrition plays an important role in energy, strength, endurance, recovery and athletic performance. Whether you're training regularly, playing sport or preparing for an event, I can help you build a nutrition approach that supports your individual training demands. This may include pre- and post-training nutrition, protein and carbohydrate intake, hydration, recovery, nutrient requirements and sustainable fuelling strategies.
Teenage & Menstrual Health
The years around menarche (your first period) are an important time for establishing a healthy relationship with food, movement and your changing body. I support teenage girls through this transition with education and practical nutrition strategies, including support for period pain, heavy periods, PMS, fatigue, low iron, digestive symptoms, energy levels and menstrual cycle health. The focus is on nourishing a growing body and understanding the menstrual cycle beyond what is taught at school.
*For clients under 18, a parent or guardian may need to be involved depending on the young person's age, capacity and the nature of the consultation. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure about the requirements for your teenager.
